We offer a revenue guarantee limited to a maximum of one month. If the hotel does not experience a revenue uplift greater than our cost, the service for that month is completely free. The hotel must submit any complaints in writing within 5 days after the month is over. This guarantee is void if there is no revenue from the previous year to compare with, or the hotel does not provide a legitimate source of data. For our yearly plans, the revenue guarantee is calculated at year-end and compares the entire previous year. Any force majeure event, such as a new COVID-19 outbreak that severely affects the hotel market, voids the revenue guarantee. Additionally, the guarantee is void if the hotel has not agreed to implement our recommended measures in a reasonable manner, such as normal promotions, boosts, price adjustments, setup optimisation of OTAs, change of pictures, etc, or made implementations difficult, or not provided access to all systems. For the Tune Up services of Booking, Expedia, and any other OTA the revenue uplift may take full effect after 2-3 months, so the revenue uplift will be calculated on month 2 or 3 after the tune up is finished.
We reserve the right to transfer subscriptions and ongoing services to another company at our discretion.
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms of service by posting updates on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
All services are prepaid through our website. If a renewal of subscription or service fee has not been paid in time, our revenue managers will stop providing services after 5 days of non-payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You authorise us to charge your provided payment method for all charges incurred under your account.
